Because the cold furnace and cold material cannot be heated up too quickly, there is a heating curve chart on the general processing technology, and the furnace temperature is required to gradually increase according to the curve chart to prevent the heating of the furnace from destroying the furnace filling wall or causing the blank to cause geostress cracks .

2. Temperature error manipulation: The error value of the specific furnace temperature and the set furnace temperature is generally specified to be manipulated within ±10℃, and some special steel grades will continue to have higher accuracy regulations. This type of error manipulation is just beginning to heat up The whole process until the steel tapping must be controlled within the allowable "error band".

3. Uniform operation of temperature at various points in the furnace: Because the natural gas burner of the HTAC system software is "intermittently working", if the commutation ignition operation of the natural gas burner is not appropriate on a large furnace, it will cause A certain temperature error is harmful in the early stage of heating and the middle and late stages of soaking.

2. Air-fuel ratio control

   Air-fuel ratio control will affect the ignition rate of the fuel and the air oxidation and ablation rate of the billet at any time. If the combustion gas is not enough, it will consume fuel and even emit black smoke from the exhaust pipe; if the combustion gas is too much, it will increase the amount of smoke and dust, which will lead to power consumption, and it will continue to increase the air oxidation of the blank, and even cause the surface of the blank to seep The quality of carbon and other heating products. The pros and cons of the adjustment of the air-fuel ratio are not as visualized as the furnace temperature and pressure. Therefore, the adjustment has a certain technical level and skill, which must be adjusted carefully.   Three, furnace pressure control

The furnace mouth of the forging heating furnace is relatively large, it must be opened and closed frequently, and the heating load change is also very large. If it is a basic forging heating furnace, the factor of large fluctuations in the heat generation of the material must be added. The furnace pressure control to be achieved is Difficult. However, the P-HTAC system software that burns high calorific materials can control the accuracy of the natural gas burner in the ignition situation. In other words, the natural gas burner only works in a situation. At this time, the smoke and dust caused by each pair of natural gas burners are extracted. The smoke and dust are basically the same, that is to say, the furnace pressure is controlled at a slightly positive pressure at this time.
